good ****, you could def go up weight, 115lbs at least. i like doing reps too on delt press.

haha i cant hear anything at the gym when i got my headphones on. workouts are getting better, i was battling a shoulder injury since December and stood away from presses. i woke up feeling fine in the shoulder area.

ive shoulder press 150's for 6 reps but at was at golds gym my gym that i was at only has 100's

that was like my third set on shoulders, i really dont use db's anymore cause they aint heavy for me, but going to start hitting them again now that my shoulder is 90% better and going for reps

I was happy today I did six 45's and two 10's on the smith machine shoulder pressing, 3x for reps today and you post 100 pound dumbbells with like 100 reps lol.

Man you gotta let me catch up some bro, I'm not even 200 pounds yet. You gotta let me join the big iron club and show me the ropes man.

Awesome to see you progressing and getting healthy (no injuries). Keep it up man we're gunning for you.

and btw ragen did u say u shoulder pressed 335 on a smith machine for 3 reps???

This kinda answers my question I had for you.Cuz to see you do 225 on flat 40 times and you can get 500 in high school it seemed like 100 for 19 was kinda light(for you).
I was using 115s today and I cany bench no 500 lol
Good stuff bro keep posing.

Ragen if I read correctly and you do 335 on smith please post a video of that

I'm not sure what the bar weighs, but I put three 45's and one 10 on each side. I got 3 reps on the smith, not counting the bar at all I put 290 pounds of weights on it. I took a pic of the set up on my training log page and posted it.

Prime is strong it's good motivation to see gyms pumping iron like that. I'd make videos but mine aren't as impressive lol, plus I'm on the noob bus only working out for 2 months and have to figure out what my key lift is first so I can try to look 1/2 way decent making a video lol.
