I'm not sure what the bar weighs, but I put three 45's and one 10 on each side. I got 3 reps on the smith, not counting the bar at all I put 290 pounds of weights on it. I took a pic of the set up on my training log page and posted it.
Prime is strong it's good motivation to see gyms pumping iron like that. I'd make videos but mine aren't as impressive lol, plus I'm on the noob bus only working out for 2 months

and have to figure out what my key lift is first so I can try to look 1/2 way decent making a video lol.
