I remember getting stuck under 94kg in my bedroom, had to fall backwards and let the bar crash

must have heard the crash on the moon, I was lucky it didn't go through the floorboards

it was shortly after this time I joined a gym, which had a squat stand with safety catchers....

I know that with a rack, if I can't lift the weight then I just fall forward regardless of a spotter, I don't trust people with my back on the line.
