looks like he just strolled out of a dress-up party with the compression shorts, fanny pack and pink shirt lol. Did andyone tell him its the 90's, not the 80's. His legs are nuts though.

interesting to hear his thoughts on training light but strict. wonder how that works for him now, cuz ive seen videos of him heaving heavy weights with shitty form. whatta u guys reckon?

well i dont think he uses shitty form its actually called the x rep method i think. The range of motion is smaller on almost every motion because he focuses on the time between the negative and positive rep and never locks out. On a lot of the exercises it looks like or is half reps.... bench press or pressdowns are some of the exercises he does using this method.
