dude looks good. people said on youtube that his legs were probably small...so what. it's not everyone's goal to get huge legs/muscles but he attained a good aesthetic look through hard work and proper supplementation. I say good for him.

yeah he wasnt that big, but prettymuch all muscle and gained it without much fat

idk 7 kg in 3 years, i bet he never went on proper bulk to gain any serious weight cuz he was too afraid to lose his six pack.

the dude looks very well built and should be proud. i hope he competes. he stayed at the same bodyfat. i wonder if he bulked and cut or if he just stays that way year round.
