hahaha... yea i kno wat ur sayin zach. I pretty much jus search/ watch vids to get me pumped up before I workout... I probably should delve into other areas of the site. Thanks for the compliment though.

go into the training logs section and start your own training log. then just keep posting ur workouts and weights and ur diet and we can help you take care of w/e you need man
