**** im trying! lol i dont know how to strap up but ill figure it out. i dont really think there that impressive. ive never figured out what my max curl or flys are and i now my upper bodys kinda weak but im going to see what it is tommorw now tho lol. i figured most decently strengthend guys or girls could do 60s for reps and 70s not that far off... funny you would say that kaboom but i think most guys think that. would rather have size then strength. for me its the opposite. really missing kenny lately and wasnt going to say anything until i told him but hes such a good trainer/coach/freind and believes in me and stuff and made me realize im stronger then i thought i am and have looked into it and contacted and sent my numbers into the powerlifters asso. were i live and they think even right now with no training im ready to compete now. ive never trained with a shirt or strapes but now im really interested to. i dont even look that big at all but lift some lifts that are the same as some guys at my gym who are quite muscular. so i dunno, i think these vids could be totally real..but this is the interent so who knows.

fake or real, their are guys his size that lift that weight with that form, its just goes against the norm of what we think is acceptable for a certain size. it starts to make even more sense when we immediately compare our own stats , but thats an insecurity of "hoping" against that type of so called freakish strength

definitely don't think it's real. on the flyes he doesn't even need to push the weight up to starting position with his knees. not saying everyone needs the help to get to the starting position, but he just swings them up with his arms like they're 25s.

just because someone isnt massive doesnt mean they cant be strong or able to lift heavy weights. if he's used straps that would help him out a fair bit. would have to see him in action to reallty know

Some people are stronger even though they look let muscular. It's all in genetics. I know this because the left half of my body looks weaker, the muscle is smaller even though it is stronger by far. If in my own body there is that inbalance caused by genetics, imagine how that can vary in people. He's just one strong dude with average muscular development.
