i don't like his training style. why would you train so heavy that you need assistance fore very rep?
and the tricep extensions OMG, he's DEFINATLY gonna get a tear sooner or later. and/or torn tendons.
anyway, here's one of dorian yates. he too trained like this only not as bad.
dorian is one of the hardest working bodybuilders every. i'd be scared before a workout if i knew it was gonna be like this
