This is a video of Arnold and Franco training in latter years. Don't know how old they are or were the video is from but I've never seen it before.

I dont know when it was either, but great find, they both look older, but columbo made benching 3 plates look like childs play, awsome!

I almost wanna say those plates arent 45lbs.....the way there just tossing them around here is silly and then their both just tossing it around on the ezbar for curls like nothing....not saying their out of shape here but they dont look like they can just toss that weight around like that.

cool vid! i found this one after, super hot lol. poor franco gettin arnies big pec flexing in his face YouTube - Arnold And Franco Pumping Together watching these vids makes me really want to have a wo parter tho. ive tried training similar this once actully now i dont think its so werid lol.

why is it that they use bad forms? they do it on purpose or not?
