I know a bloke by where i live he is 75 and he still competes his name is Albert and he really knows his Sh!t he trains most days and also works in a gym, most of the competitions he enters, he wins mainly because he is the only one competing in his age group HA HA

but still is hard to keep up cause at that age nothing works the same way. and the more yopu age the more you can get hurt. But he's an old dog he knows well what he is doing.
