Why is my pic not loading?

I can upload this pic as an avatar? Size is not big! I think it should work? Some help please?

What's the actual link to the pic? That code wont work even if you pasted it the address link. Post the real link and ill figure out the problem. If not then it could be that god hates you.

Save the pic as on your pc as a jpeg and then load it to your avatar. Unless you already tried that?
