I've been trying to get my father-in-law into weightlifting for the health benefits and life-extending qualities, but he always argues that he's already too old. If this guy's only been doing it for 5 years or so, my old man's got no excuse anymore! I'll have to show this to him. Great find!

He certainly does not look 72 thats for sure.. Our sport definately increases longevity and over all health.. but duh we already know that..
