yea ive seen this before its awsome, i wish my dad at least played a sport and had me started like you just said. but i guess i have to do that to my son later on

i was reading musclemag an interview with Darem and he said that he didnt push his son into working out, he did it himself and entered in competitions after his first year of training,he said if his son keeps working he could become Mr. O
