it was a different style. the workout part was pretty good. I liked it, although I got it for free. I wouldn't actually buy it though, i would say get ripped to shreds or one step closer.

2nd-You do it for the girls or boys, depending on your sex.
After doing this successfully, if you have the balls you will try LEVEL3,on which are guys like Kevin L,Ronnie C,Jay C,Victor M, etc.

So I should be ripping it then? Is it even worth my time to download it?

I personally love watching all Jay's DVDs.

Ripped To Shreds was the first DVD of his I ever saw and for that reason is probably my favourite, that's basically when I became a Cutler fan.

I have a signed copy of Jay to Z and I really like it. I like watching his lifestyle more than anything. I think most post who release training DVDs focus more on the workouts than anything else.

I prefer getting a peak into the lifestyle of a pro bodybuilder, so for me Jay to Z was awesome.

Does anyone know if Jay is releasing another DVD and when?

I personally didn't like it... One step closer was waaay better... Too much time presenting his house and dogs... Too little workout... Would be better if it were Mtv Cribs, hehehehe....

He has another DVD called "My House" and it's in HD! I haven't seen it yet but looks cool.

I noticed he just raised the price $5 too. Not that I was going to buy it
