it was a different style. the workout part was pretty good. I liked it, although I got it for free. I wouldn't actually buy it though, i would say get ripped to shreds or one step closer.

After getting normal you go to lvl2. 2nd-You do it for the girls or boys, depending on your sex.
After doing this successfully, if you have the balls you will try LEVEL3,on which are guys like Kevin L,Ronnie C,Jay C,Victor M, etc. These guys dont care about attracting girls! |
