That usually my warm up set, but I go 20 reps. LOL

My WO partner also does powerlifting and thats about how he lifts. Usually does 550-600 5x5. Very impressive 600x9.

I was looking for a collaps.. Given the fact that he did 9 reps and the last one was ,,, well failure.. At 6 he was starting to tilt forward a bit..

But he was jumping around like it was nothing. Wow...

Doin 600 that fast the bar should be bouncing and it wasnt. Looks fishy!

thats a very difficult angle to see if it was or wasnt bending. You can see a nice bounce so Im assuming with a good view it was bending.
