The video looks alittle squished so its misleading see here.

I drew red lines to show the 6 individual 10lb plates on one side and theres a small plate on the end of each side if you watch.

I wouldnt be surprised if they were 125s I use 65s for good form set of 8 and hes 10x stronger or bigger than i am and its a sloppy ass cheater curl so it prob is 125s lol

theyre probably solid iron and not rubber coated like that shit at my gym....... if i go to the other golds here they have the all iron weights and theyre more compact so those 125's look right

i know hes strong, but his form looks like shit. its cool to see those kinda feats but i like form a lot better then going too heavy, but there are some sets i do cheat but either way i couldnt do 120lbs!! damn.
