Best inspiration video i've ever seen

I'm sure some of you have seen this and it may be a repost, but i felt the need to post it, seeing as how it's the most touching and inspiring video i've seen. I make it a routine to watch this before each of my workouts, and it gives me the motivation to push even after i can't push anymore. Sorry if it is a repost i've only been a member here a week

yea it was just posted here a month or so back, great video still brings a tear to my eye. great...GREAT inspirational video. its inspiration like that, that no matter how many times you watch it, it never will ever get old.

yeah dude brings a tear every time I watch it. I have it saved on my desktop so when I find myself bitching about something stupid I watch it and inspires me the same as the first time I saw it.

Yeah it has been posted several times before but very inspirational and great for a reminder of how good we really have it.

Thats messed up. Some people show there emotions in different ways though so I cant hate. Some people joke about serious issues or emotional feeling because they dont know how to react.

Very true Freak. I know Chris will agree with me ecspecialy being a parent sometimes it gets tough and this guy is inspiration to me of whats possible.

I talked to Chris for nearly an hour tonight. He is doing great and learning how to get through his daily tasks with one arm. He is also itching to get back in the gym but knows he needs to let it heal completely first. He can't type with one hand but wants everyone to know that he will be back as soon as he can.

good to hear! was going to call him but things are busy on my end, now its too late and dont want to wake the kids so figured i'd hold off. glad he's doing better.
