Unless those are 100lb weights (which would make that 600lbs) that's only 270lbs, not counting the Nautilus machine, which if it's like a regular olympic bar, is only 315. Still very impressive for a 14 year old, but not 450.

the machine hes doin it on is a load of rubbish really. the weights are 1/2 way between the handles and teh pivot so the machine is taking quite allot of the strain

because he is not pressing the weight straight up, the real weight would not be 450lbs... have u heard the theory of that because on leg press u press the weight in a 45 degree angle and that means only 74.7% of the weight is actually being pushed.. here he pushes i like 20 degrees and that would mean like maybe 60% of the weight is actually being pushed... if anyone is good when it comes to physics and math they could calculate this, im not good enough yet...

and I agree with BB dude, everyone just looks at the weights movin a lil bit, and instantly they start bullshittin, do some research first and look at some physics, I've pushed a car an inch before<< seriously, it was parked verrry awkwardly and I sorta nudged it an inch onto the road, it wasnt my strength but technique and physics which helped me move it lol, dont worry I aint no Powerlifter lol, just sayin look at physics
