1,6lbs from my goal.. im spending all my money on extra protein and carbs right now and eating whenever i feel like getting more food.. im having a vacation so i really have the time to grow now ^^

wow thats impressive bbdude. i've gained 30lbs in 6 weeks. since i started using true mass, and mixing in 1&1/2 cups of organic quick oats in the shake and eating as much as possible.

and i don't think i could be anymore saddened by what i just saw. ronnie is and will always be a great.

nice bbdude, in my 6 months of solid training i gained.. bout 45 lbs, no way as good as you bro!. lost it all now though :( this semester really screwed me over :(

ronnie spoke really well in the clip. Its not going to be the same without him but hopefull Cutler, Wolfe etc can step up and help fill the gap left by Ronnie
