Amazing Video i'm prob the only one that hasn't seen it it gets quite moving towards the end the text quote at the start is very true

Yes I can totally relate to the txt quote which is why I already have it as my signature

I generally watch this vid before gym, really does help and adds a perspective into why I train.

I wish someone could show me where a place to where I could download it so I can get it onto my ipod. The link on the youtube.com doesn't have it anymore. Anyone know where I could find it????????
