Well there no safe way sir. But yea some get into it to hard with out the proper things to back it up. Like I said theres no safe way. Most bodybuilders now have percriptitions for there liver, kidneys. and Etc. there doctors know they take it but they give it to them becuase that will not stop guys, and females from taking Analbolic Steroids.
