But still decent __________________ The 3 Steps in Bodybuilding 1st-You are too fat or two thin,so you are sick of yourself and you start to train. After getting normal you go to lvl2. 2nd-You do it for the girls or boys, depending on your sex. After doing this successfully, if you have the balls you will try LEVEL3,on which are guys like Kevin L,Ronnie C,Jay C,Victor M, etc. These guys dont care about attracting girls!
