150lb dumbbell hammer curls for 10 reps
675lb squats for 5 reps
405lb seated barbell military presses for 8 reps
315lb barbell rows for `10 reps
100 lb dumbbell kickbacks for 10 reps

I wish I could get that high. I'm pretty close though. I can do like 80lb kickbacks for like 5 reps before total exhaustion

^^his quads and calfs are his weak points, but his Hammies are pretty darn good.
