Great accomplishment, unfortunately I noticed he rounded his back more then normal, he needs to use his legs more and keep is back straight..

yeah i no i let the weight kinda get me but its only my third time training deadlifts so i dont have to form down all the way yet.but i will learn it.

Well you could back off the weight a little get your form down Pat and build from there. I'm only suggesting this because I would not want to see your back pay due to your form.

Your a strong 17yo.. I could not do that at 17. my personal best is 365x3

youre an idiot. 3 times youve only deadlifted? dont lie. impresiv eweight you picked up but the bent back is begging for a herniated vertebral disc. and look at this way. deadlifts make your waist bulky and takes away from the v-taper. stick with straight-leg deads and no more than 135-175lbs and the results will e satisfying. but then again thats if youre goin for what bodybuilding is all about-aesthetics. too many guys on here should fuckin go to powerlifting dungeon.com or some shit.
