Yeah but Phil Heath didn't do full reps and he was bouncing I think. and That was a barbell not dumbbell.
Those are 100lb db. He can bench pver 700lbs though so I think thats pretty much more then Johnie Jackson.

did any of you see the jeremy freeman video where he got more then 50 reps with 225 against heath...his form was just as shitty lol
