by definition you could argue Jon Pal or Svend Karlson are the strongest bodybuilders as they have both won the worlds strongest man Svend competed in the Arnold classic

BA, do you remember our own "Stumpy " raynes who was a top amateur bodybuilder and strongman and around 5ft tall?

yes mate he was untill recently competing for IFSA along with Eddy Elwood very strong powerlifter and very good bodybuilder but at a distict disadvantage in strongman though he did very well considering his size but at the end of the day its a big mans sport

do you remember Franco Columbo and Lou Ferigno both competed in the 2nd (i think) worlds strongest man ? Franco hurt his leg in the fridge carry event

i dont know what he would have been like in competition but Trevor Smith of Nuclear Nutrition was very strong he made most pro bodybuilders puke up trying to train with him , i got into a few arguements with him from time to time so we didnt discuss training and because i feel your not a bodybuilder or a powerlifter unless you compete then that was another touchy subject used to spark him off i was a champion and he still had yet to compete so that always caused friction ha ha

Big Lou ha ha i got a big photo he gave me right behind me in my office too big for the scanner or i would post it up he does look bloody good in it , nice guy i got on well with him people say his as tight as a ducks arse and dont do anything unless there is money in it but he actualy gave me this picture free !

Ramesgate do you remember Sandows Gym ? it was run by Grayham Olives brother or Ricky Hard who was in Brookside and East Enders ? got him on a video doing his first bodybuilding comp
