Really nice post. I never thought about the possible benefit of over-training that they brought up in part 2: Building neurological muscle connections rather than mass. It makes sense, but is there any evidence out there to back this up?

Great Post! I always think Kai Greene gets over looked in most contests. He's a sold guy with a trim waist...what's the deal? He nails conditioning every time, has striations in the right places, comes in full and dry...
I don't know, but I think he deserves higher placings

Oh snap! I didn't know. I've really only seen him in the IronMan and NY pro and in both shows, despite being the best poser in both shows, he placed curiously low.

he looked great at the shawn ray classic..but that could have been debated...cause darrem charles (2nd place) came into that show looking reall good

Darrem is been the bride's made a LOT now. I'm surprised he doesn't place higher. He's prob got the best arms on the stage right now. (Don't mention Lee Priest...I know)

Do you guys usually train tri's and bi's together like these guys? I've always hit back and bi's on the same day and tri's with chest.

The cheeseball has some good arms. Same with Kamali actually, even though I hate to admit it. But regarding Kamali, I smell synthol.
