Mix a little unflavored whey. It may sound gross, but it give more protein than eggs alone would. Mix with milk so it's almost like milk and toss it in with the eggs.

^^ agreed. but to answer the question

to build lean muscle tissue these suppelements can help

creatine monohydrate
arginine
glutamine
protein powder

but dont underestimate diet...keep your protein high to build muscle..and make sure you get plenty of rest after you train...muscles grow while resting

hey lbj, aint been on recently until today. unfortunately broke my collarbone nd dislocated my shoulder, so not the best past couple of weeks to say the least!!!! hows u my man? thought i would be good guy today nd help answer as many questions as i can, slightly awkward with one hand though, haha
