You can tell this guy is new to bbding...it kinda pissed me off cos he didn't explain things in depth, he missed out ALOT of vital info on his diet. He didn't explain when, why, & what he was eating too well either, especially on the carbs. Also when he tried explaining his point in why he eats eggs\egg whites, & when he was explaining the nutritional value of eggs which he quoted wasn't the best explaination anyone could give, or want to hear...plus he got the value of protein wrong in eggs too, either that or i missed something. PLUS his supplementation was shit aswell...anyway check it out for yourself, this isn't the type of guy i'd like to get advice from.

& what even got me about this guy too is that he created a bbding site...WHO THE FUCK WOULD WANT INFO FROM THIS DUDE. he may be a nice guy, but fuck me, leave this stuff to guys that know about bbding diets. this guy is no bbder, but more of a fitness instructor like dude or possibly a fitness fanatic, lol, he has no way got the mentality nor the knowledge in bbding...he needs more experience in shit before making a video like this. either that or explain things more appropriatly in depth next time

He is new to the game, true he shoulda went more in depth. Considering i saw him 3weeks out and he didnt look good and then at the competition he knows alittle something to turn it around enuff to look the way he did.
