Incline flyes ( stretch )

Dips leaning forward to hit the chest more ( weighted of course)

barbell curls (olympic bar)
ez curl bar
incline dbell curls
spider curls

I loaded new tunes on my mp3 player.. I'm loading up on the whey and oatmeal in my car on the way home..

God I'm so PUMPED right now to get outta here and hit the gym,,, woo hooo,,, baby hey..
