I get the same feeling and ambition, The things is Rocky puts all his effort in all natural pure determination, but Ivan drago, he just gets these sort of Enhancement steroids and those help him get more stronger etc. he puts effort too, but rocky just gives 100% heart, great movie, really inspiring, 10/10, thanks for sharing dude

I have the rocky box set and have watched the rocky 4 training scene so many times. Sometimes I watch it before a workout to get myself pumped up.

However there is one thing that keeps bugging me. When he is lifting the wheel barrow how the hell does he change his grip position halfway through.

Anyway it's cool. The Russian trains with science but Rocky trains OLD SCHOOL.

if you notice everything rocky does to train like running in the snow, lifting that wagon, that hanging ab thing. etc. drago does the same thing like run on treadmill, power clean, ab machine, but he does it with expensive equipment, while rocky does it with everyday things.
