Trey Brewer is a bad ass. I got to meet him at the Arnold in March. Besides needing to bring up his upper body to match those insane quads, he is a monster, especially only at 21!!

cool That was the point in sharing it - not to promote the book - hell, I have a publisher with Ads going into Muscular Development magazine for that - Trey is very disciplined with his diet, trains with awsome intensity, and has great guidance coming from Stuckart. Certainly worth watching.
