His form is crap, all the bouncing and jerking its not a good for the younger guys that need to know the " how to " from the pros..
Performing wide grip lat pull-downs with the palms facing up or in the ( curling ) position is not good for anyone. Close grip lat pulldowns Yes I can see that, heck I do them like that. But wide grip I would not recommend it at all..
