his arms are his best bodypart. that man is FAMOUS for that one routine right there... theres actually a great story to go with it.

one day when i was searching on the net for video's.. i stumbled upon this one by complete accident..at the end of the clip it had "bodybuildingdungeon.com"
and thats where it all started. i immediatly searched for that site and became a member.
true story.
