im sooo much bigger then Ruhl!!! hahaha it cracks me up that he smokes. its crazy when you see someone that big in person. Gunter Schlierkamp used to work out a few years ago at the gym i used to work out at and i would watch him lift and just be like jeeze your a big MOFO
He Ruhls - I saw a vid of him grocery shopping and it looked like was buying arm loads of peanut butter! I'm not sure that is what they were, but that's what they looked like. I love peanut butter (if it's natural & peanuts only - no salt, no sugar, no added oil etc.) but holy smokes - that load would have lasted me for months!

yea ruhl is by far one of many bbders whos got the best personallity's, u just fall inlove with...(dont get ahead of me ppl) I MEAN THAT IN A MANLY WAY OF COURSE...LOL
