there was big article in one of muscle magazines about how there will be no weightlifting in prisons in 5-10 years. it's a great article, just too much to type up.

bottom line is the wardens/gov. don't want the prisoners getting stronger because they can be a threat to others while in prison, and upon release. it's all political bullshit, what they don't tell you is that bb can help fend away stress and teach character.

i was quite impressed with what they were saying about lifting weights. Shows the manners lifting has on people, and you can tell this by the support their friends gave etc, and the team spirit was just incredible, much respect to these fellas.
