does he smoke much i wonder? i read an article in flex before where he was listing do's & donts & he says "dont smoke....only i can do that!" i can't stand it myself & imagine 99% of bodybuilders are the same....its interesting that at his level he would though...bodybuilding is supposed to be a health pursuit...oh wait he's in the ifbb!

That is one of the coolest scenes I have seen.
What a laugh, a guy that F'n big just walking around the
grocery store with a top that looks like he just came
from one of those german sex shops.
But I think he is by far the freakiest thing going.
Some people compare Dennis Wof to him but I don't think its even close.

I think for how much attention Cyttler gets
for his shoulders, Ruhl has him hands down on both
pecs, shoulders and delts.
The biggest difference between the two is symetry.
If you are looking for a physique like a model then Jay is the man.
BUT if you are looking for straight ahead strength and mass,
then the german beast is the way to go.
I still don't get the smoke though.
