I managed to stumble across these lil jems on youtube too there quite imformative but could do with more visual representations like going through workouts visually like how thefitshow do. Nice vid tho!

hey can ya'll do a favour and embed the video in the actual post instead of linking the video? that way ill be able to watch it from school computers because the school administration of the department of education of the state of Victoria (the state in Australia where i live) has blocked access to youtube and other sites.

however i can access bodybuildingdungeon.com though not youtube website, but if the video is imbeded into a post ill still be able to watch the clip and not have a page come up which says "blah blah, we are the school and school admin has bocked user acess to this page blah blah we're a pack of wankers"

Sorry for the same repeated post in these few threads but i would like everyone to read my msg.. not like im asking where u guys live or for your bank account details or what not
