hey can ya'll do a favour and embed the video in the actual post instead of linking the video? that way ill be able to watch it from school computers because the school administration of the department of education of the state of Victoria (the state in Australia where i live) has blocked access to youtube and other sites.

however i can access bodybuildingdungeon.com though not youtube website, but if the video is imbeded into a post ill still be able to watch the clip and not have a page come up which says "blah blah, we are the school and school admin has bocked user acess to this page blah blah we're a pack of wankers"

delete the characters before and including v= so you are left with vptnIuCoYC0

put {yt} before the remaining characters and {/yt} afterwards

instead of using the { and } you use [ and ]

Have you ever noticed that when bodybuilders talk about their best body part being "geneticly endowed" its bodybuilding lingo for that part of my body showed the fast results with my Gear cycles.

ive noticed that too. bbers with big arms say it is genetically. pretty much take the hope away :(
