You can use very heavy weight, with shit form or lighter weights with proper form. The results will be the same. The difference lies in the fact that it is much easier to get injured with shit form. Who cares that you can throw up a ton of weight if you hurt your elbows or better yet tear a bicep; and cant train for 6months. Most of the swingers lol are not educated in how muscles work, contracting fibers ECT. Bodybuilding is not about how much you lift, its about how much you look like you can lift. |
