i've seen him on the fit show before, he's a crazy strong guy. his shoulder workouts are nuts. those crazy polocks man i tell ya.

thats a pity that mariusz currently sold his but.In poland he have band with his breother and they try to sing lol...and he really was a great competitor not so long time ago...thats a pity.Now he is starting also,but he will never got back to old glorious days when he was best

looks liek i wrote it wrong.

mariusz with his brother in poland have a band called "pudzian band" they play music thats sounds like a music for total rednecks.you know,anything to get more money from suckers.also mariusz doesnt have the old shape.Actually he has money from sponsord,he organises some contests (he has now his own federation here actually,but his federation will die soon,because of mariusz...he changed a lot as a men) etc.a lot to explain

for me thats a pity,because few years ago he was the reason to be proud of,but know he isnt the same men

Cool video. Thanks for posting. The squats were crazy. The only thing I didn't like was how when he did shoulder presses and kept dropping the weight on the back of his neck. Made me cringe every time.
