About 20 years ago he was in an add. It was a tounge in cheek statement of "A hard man is good to find". Been looking for it on the web forever.

I was never a fan of the mass monster physiques. I have always admired his. I can easily attain 200lbs (currently am) but nowher near the quality I would like

IMO he was one of the most graceful posers ever in the sport. I liked to watch him as much for his routine as his physique.

Zane and Parris were always favorites of mine. Great physiques without overkill. Great symmetry was probably their best assests.

Great video, thanks. I saw Arnold's posing routine at the same contest and Frank wasn't even in his league. Arnold blows him away by far. Also after watching this video Arnold looked much more massive also.It was no contest.

Does anyone know what song that is?

On You Tube, someone says its off this Pink Floyd album...so I download like the album and i'm pretty sure it non of those tracks!

Any ideas? It does sound abit Pink Floyd ish..
