th intro scared me! why was he bendin over like that :/ back at 94 he must have been round th same age that jay is now, i know ronnie wasn't takin as much shit as him nd jay take back then but jay's doin pretty well i'd say! if he wasn't gonna retire at 33 or what ever he'd still have time to perfect him self.

Haha that video made my day it reminded me of an old Japanese monster movie. It really shows you how the posing routines and the bodies have changed over the years. On a more serious note Ronnie coleman looked like a normal human being in 94 although he did look like took a couple of Crisco baths.
