Saw this video awhile ago, look at the ease he does this bench press at too, doe snot cheat one bit goes down pretty slow, and doesnt bounce the weight, and look how fucking built he was, he was a massive sob

Maybe im confuised...are you saying that was 500lbs..because it didnt look like 500 lbs to me...or that he could probably bench 500 for reps?

His former partner Road Warrior Hawk worked out in a gym I owned in FL. I never knew who he was. (I don't know the pro wrestlers unless I was introduced to them)

He was always very nice and friendly. Didn't come off as anybody special. It was not until he died that someone told me who he was.

As I say he was always humble and a friendly low key guy.

BTW someone said natural do you mean no AAS?

Yeah I believe that's what he meant, but I'm sure he's mistaken. Animal used to do barbell shrugs with 950 for Pete's sake!!!
