not bad looking, interesting shoulder workout, too many machines perhaps? im also leery of behind the neck presses, heard it messes with your shoulders pretty bad

The guy with no neck is Peter "Pit" Trenz. Was an IFBB pro for a while but now he's an amateur again.
The other one is Phil von Känel. You gotta have heard of him!! I mean he's... ok ok I don't know the guy either (name's correct tho).

I'm surprised they weren't able to use more weight in the seated PBN even if it was after destroying the their huuuge delts !
