man did shawn ray really get screwed on tha one. i like dorian but i don't care how big you are it just doesn't beat the fact that shawn ray is as about perfect as any bodybuilder will get, maybe ever, coupled with the fact that dorian had torn his bicep, had a bloated stomach and his color was terrible

Wow the quality of athletes this year was amazing. Personally, I have Ray or Levrone taking it. Hell, Dillet looks incredible as well. Tough call. Amazing talent right there. Cormier's still around but he's not what he used to be.

i think that paul dillet or kevin levrone should have won that year....in fact i never think that dorian deserved 2 b mr. o...he was overhyped big time....

Dillet was good, but he needed to work on his back and posing. I would've given him 4th or 5th.

Yeah, I've got the clips to this contest and the pictures don't even begin to show how much Shawn and Kevin (in that order) got screwed. Not a knock towards Dorian at all who looked great in '93 and '95 but after seeing prejudging comparisons and their posing routines in action Dorian could even have been 5th...the crowd was screaming like they were out for blood
