Gyno comes from estrogen period. If you press down on your nipples and feel a hard lump, it means it is in the gland and MAY require surgery. However, to treat gyno, you will want Nolva for 2 weeks @ 80mg, 1 week @ 40mg, and 1 week @ 20. Letro for 3 weeks @ 2.5mg. The Letro is a powerful AI and will put estrogen down in your system pretty good. The Nolva is a SERM that has a preference to take up esrogen receptors in the breast tissue. If this does nothing, you need surgery.

Yeah I have some due to my age when I'm not so lean. When I diet down you can't notice though.

He is a teen? Oops. In that case, ignore my suggestion.

Why me? In approximately 90% of cases, pubertal gynecomastia usually resolves in months to several years. If he is under 19, I would let it go regarless, but I dont think you can say it is pubertal gyno from looking at his pic. Not to mention gyno is a hormonal imbalance. Im sure it took him sometime to diet down and estrogen was pretty low (look at his BF), dieting down like that causes a pretty servere drop in test and estrogen comes from test. It doesnt look like pubertal gyno to me. I suspect you didnt think this one through and saw an opportunity to speak up against me.

I'm 25 never used gear but with all the hormones and shit in our milk,beef,chicken, do men naturally get gyno? I see it in myself and alot of people. but those are people who either have a higher than normal bf% or dont excercise theyre chest. whats up with this? is there such a thing? what could you do about it

the whole reason for me asking is that even when I lost all that weight, the bitch tits look went away BUT still my pecs dont look 100% tight, now that I wanna gain some mass I'm just thinkin "fuck man not again..." lol
