Branch warren is extremely strong compared to most other pros (even ronnie when you take account his lower weight). In the BFTO he does 315 x 17 on the incline bench just a few days out from the charolette pro show

Also don't understand how Cutler won the best weels at O.

Warren has some amazing cuts for his size.

Someone described his cuts as "feather like cuts". Nice description

branch is a great champion .. all he needs is bring his arms up and sharpness his abs and more details on the back .. then it would be tough to beat him

watch out for branch, he is a serious serious darkhorse...I know it sounds crazy but he has the potential to be Mr. O. Everyone is talking CUlter or Badell post coleman era, but who ever thought ronnie would be Mr. O?

Branch does have a ton of work to do on his back though, it's thick, but he needs width and detail. In the BFTO posing, you can really see just how much better JJ's back is than warren

yeah .. he also mentioned in flex magazine that he needs to bring out some details on his back .. i think along with these statments that i post it .. he would be untouchable
