Well

Have you taking the photos just after a workout each time?

Your young so you can build muscle quickly if you really hit the gym hard, but thats not easy....

What are you trying to do ...
Build big Muscle or just tone up all over

if your want to bulk up then for the next six months you should

squat heavy
and dead lifts
(also do your other exercises too that you do now...)

These exercises will change your body... no question about it...

I did the photos days off, I'm trying to increase my muscle at least up to 80kg with sixpack, I'm writing I'm doing some weight exercises:

bench press 80kg x4
squat 110kg x4
Chin ups (wide grip), I own a 5x6 without help
Bent Over Row 60kg x6
Barbell curl 40kg x6

These are the weights that I use in major exercises, as they are?

Pretty good going on the bench and squats!
i hope your doing sets on squats and bench, like 3 sets of 12 or something like this

Now the six pack.. I swear by this routine, hanging ab crunches

look em up on youtube...

you can also target your obliques with this too by tilting your body ...
obliques really compliment your stomach once toned up...

Yes it do the series, for example, do bench press 8-6-6-4 with 60-70-70-80kg
For abs I realized that exercise say, another advice?

Diet looks ok.. but for packing on carbs i recommend something you dont hear many bodybuilders talking about

semolina (its a bi-product of flour)
Its made with milk in a saucepan

Semolina - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I find it great for breakfast and as a snack when needed
Its a high content of Carbs .. look it up for yourself

I tend to make it with milk and add a banana so if you look at it, thats three sources of Carbs in the one serving

have a look for it in supermarket
