Cant find any older pics... i was prolly one of the smallest kids in my class and not ripped at all. I could never get over 150lbs and now im at 175lbs. My bi's were only 11.5" when i started. I have been lifting for two-three years but finally got more serious about it and got myself on a good diet about 8 weeks ago. trying to add mass..

I train karate, mma and lift.. thats pretty much it for sports. an im 5'8" Ive always been "the little guy" so its really awesome seeing some of the results i am getting. thanks
