lol,, i just had to dig up a old photo, i was 23yrs old , taken at my brothers wedding party back in 1991, i believe i weighed in at a 160lbs,
i`m at 195lbs now,, and 42yrs old,,
just to show there is hope for everyone if i can do it

well Moorey probably not allot of our younger members were even born back then, so the hair style wont be something they can relate to, us old foogies however can just wish we still had a head of hair like back in the day,and wonder just what the hell we were thinking, hahaaa, thanks for the props jim!

I think what Mike has accomplished really shows how good a shape it's possible to be in after you hit 40. A lot of people out there seem to think that it's just a normal part of getting older to have a fat gut and sagging pecs - not true!

apparently she had breast reduction and im geussing at the same time liposuction and is skinny and hot now. (not that I watch this show but my friend does and was saying something...)
